NOVELTY - A flue gas sulfur-fixing agent comprises 80-90 pts. wt. modified calcium carbonate powder, 10-13 pts. wt. vermiculite powder, 3.6-4.5 pts. wt. sodium carbonate, 7-12 pts. wt. graphene, 3-5 pts. wt. potassium nitrate, 3.5-4.3 pts. wt. cerium stearate, 8-12 pts. wt. liquid paraffin, 4-6 pts. wt. potassium permanganate, 3-5 pts. wt. sodium lauryl sulfate, 12-15 pts. wt. activator, 6-10 pts. wt. stabilizer, 2.2-3.2 pts. wt. additive and remainder of deionized water. USE - Flue gas sulfur-fixing agent is used in synthesis of sodium sulfide. ADVANTAGE - The sulfur-fixing agent can ensure that sulfur-containing gas can chemically react with effective components in sulfur-fixing agent in time, so as to realize purpose of efficient sulfur fixation, such that sulfur oxide emission and sulfur-containing gas are greatly reduced. The sulfur-fixing agent effectively extends life of equipment and facilities, while reducing pressure of environmental protection treatment.
