NOVELTY - Graphene is manufactured by catalyst metal irradiation process of irradiating catalyst metal (P) of plasma state towards the surface of carbon layer (11) laminated on the surface of a support layer (10) which cannot absorb easily the excitation energy of the particles of a plasma state. USE - Manufacture of graphene. ADVANTAGE - Unlike the conventional method, the graphene manufacture method does not require the trouble of irradiating microwaves or adjusting the gas flow rate, allowing graphene to be easily produced.
