NOVELTY - Graphene battery cathode composite material comprises coating carbon and silicon carbide in the surface of graphene, the mass ratio of graphene , carbon and silicon carbide is 1: 0.08~0.1: 0.15~0.25. USE - Used as graphene battery cathode composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material improves electrical performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene battery cathode composite material comprising (1) dispersing the graphene in ethylene glycol under the action of polyoxyethylene castor oil, (2) coating carbon, dispersing graphene obtained in step (1), adding organic carbon source aqueous solution, stirring for 3-4 hours, continuously stirring and evaporating the solvent at 800-1000 degrees C high temperature, pyrolyzing for 5-8 hours at 110-120 degrees C to obtain the carbon-coated graphene, (3) coating silicon carbide with carbon obtained in the step (1), adding graphite in the ball mill grinding, adding the obtained powder in a tubular furnace for heating and roasting, cooling to room temperature along with the furnace to obtain the product.
