NOVELTY - Water vapor barrier composite film comprises a polychlorinated para-xylene film and a two-dimensional nano material film, and UV curing adhesive for bonding the polychlorinated para-xylene film and the two-dimensional nano material film, where the polychlorinated para-xylene film is made by thermal cracking chemical vapor deposition method, and the two-dimensional nanomaterial film is a single-layer or multi-layer graphene film. USE - The water vapor barrier composite film is used in active metal corrosion protection, flexible electronic device packaging, and smart wear applications (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The water vapor barrier composite film has fast curing speed, high strength, excellent toughness, and excellent barrier performance to water, oxygen and other gases, prevents active metals from corroding due to moisture penetration, and prevents electronic devices from causing insulation failure due to moisture entry. The method is simple to operate, and convenient to use.
