NOVELTY - A high-durable waterproof coating contains silicone rubber latex, silicone waterproofing agent, prefabricated graphene dispersion, emulsion defoamer, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, heavy calcium carbonate, titanium dioxide, phenylethyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether, aluminum powder, jade powder and butyl acetate. USE - The high-durable waterproof coating is useful for building underground waterproofing, basements, tunnels, bridges, subways and swimming pool. ADVANTAGE - The high-durable waterproof coating can be prepared in a simple manner with excellent weather resistance, and provides excellent environmental protection, crack resistance and leakage resistance to buildings. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A high-durable waterproof coating contains 20-45 pts. wt. silicone rubber latex, 3-8 pts. wt. silicone waterproofing agent, 2-7 pts. wt. prefabricated graphene dispersion, 0.1-0.6 pt. wt. emulsion defoamer, 0.1-0.6 pt. wt. sodium carboxymethylcellulose, 6-9 pts. wt. heavy calcium carbonate, 3-5 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 1-2 pts. wt. phenylethyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether, 5-8 pts. wt. aluminum powder, 4-7 pts. wt. jade powder and 2-4 pts. wt. butyl acetate. The prefabricated graphene dispersion comprises 10-15 pts. wt. graphite powder, 1-2 pts. wt. KH-550 (RTM: gamma -Aminopropyltriethoxysilane), 20-40 pts. wt. anhydrous ethanol, 2-4 pts. wt. hydrazine hydrate, 5-8 pts. wt. N,N-dimethylformamide and 80-120 pts. wt. distilled water and is prepared by preparing graphite powder from graphite oxide using Hummers' method, ultrasonically dispersing graphite powder in distilled water for 1-3 hours, centrifuging at 2500-2600 rpm for 25-35 minutes using ultrasound, slowly adding ethanol solution of KH-550 (RTM: gamma -Aminopropyltriethoxysilane) to supernatant under stirring, reacting for 1-2 hours, adding hydrazine hydrate to reaction solution at 95-100 degrees C for 2-3 hours, adding anhydrous ethanol to solution, washing resulting product with distilled water and ultrasonically dispersing product in a mixed solution of N,N-dimethylformamide and distilled water in a volume ratio of 9:1. The emulsion defoamer comprises 1-2 pts. wt. 3-iodo-2-propynyl-butylcarbamate, 10-15 pts. wt. polysiloxane, 0.2-0.4 pt. wt. sorbitan monooleate, 0.3-0.4 pt. wt. polyoxyethylene sorbitan monolaurate, 10-20 pts. wt. deionized water, 1-2 pts. wt. methyltrimethoxysilane, 1-2 pts. wt. polyvinyl ether, 3-5 pts. wt. hydrophobic silica, 1-2 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol, 1-2 pts. wt. cuprous oxide and 0.5-0.7 pt. wt. ricinoleic acid and is prepared by mixing methyltrimethoxysilane and hydrophobic silica, adding polysiloxane to mixture, heating mixture under stirring at 120-150 degrees C for 1-2 hours, cooling reaction solution to room temperature to obtain product (I), mixing sorbitan monooleate and polyoxyethylene sorbitan monolaurate and then heating at 40-60 degrees C, adding product (I) to heated mixture, stirring at high speed for 20-40 minutes, adding remaining components other than deionized water, controlling the temperature at 70-80 degrees C, stirring at low speed to obtain product (II), slowly adding deionized water to product (II), stirring the mixture, naturally cooling to room temperature, stopping stirring, adding resulting material to a colloid mill and grinding 2-3 times. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of high-durable waterproof coating, which involves adding silicone rubber latex and aluminum powder to reaction kettle, stirring at 500 rpm, adding silicone waterproofing agent to mixture, dispersing for 5-6 minutes, adding prefabricated graphene dispersion to mixture and then stirring for 5-7 minutes to obtain mixture (I), adding 50-60% emulsion defoamer to mixture (I), dispersing mixture under stirring for 5-7 minutes, adding sodium carboxymethylcellulose, dispersing under stirring for 8-10 minutes, increasing rotational speed at 800 rpm, adding titanium dioxide, jade powder and heavy calcium carbonate to mixture, dispersing mixture under stirring for 15-20 minutes to obtain mixture (II), adding balance amount of emulsion defoamer and remaining raw materials to mixture (II), dispersing mixture for 5-10 minutes, adding dispersion to colloid mill, grinding at high speed and filtering.
