▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing non-modification and recyclable photothermal driven self-repairing epoxy anticorrosive coating material comprises (1) stirring and uniformly mixing the bisphenol A epoxy resin monomer and acid anhydride curing agent to obtain transparent and uniform reaction liquid, (2) adding photothermal filler to the reaction solution of the step (1), and obtaining black uniform casting solution after being fully dispersed, and (3) coating the casting liquid of the step (2) on the substrate, curing for 4-12 hours at curing temperature of 110-130degrees Celsius, correspondingly shortens the curing time by 2 hours for every 5degrees Celsius increase in temperature, and cooling to obtain the non-modification and recyclable photothermal driven self-repairing epoxy anticorrosive coating material. USE - The method is useful for preparing non-modification and recyclable photothermal driven self-repairing epoxy anticorrosive coating material. ADVANTAGE - The method: does not need any organic solvents; obtains no volatile organic compounds; is environmentally friendly; does not require any chemical modification; can be coated in various ways; has fast and controllable response and triggering in various ways; replaces the internal cross-linking of the coating by the entanglement of molecular chains; does not have much influence on the interfacial properties and barrier properties of the coating.
