▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing graphene oxide hybrid flame retardant involves (a) adding oxalic acid and graphene powder to prepare a mixed solution, transferring the mixed solution into a reaction kettle at 120-180℃ for 12-48 hours to obtain graphene oxide, (b) dispersing 41.2 g amino-containing silane coupling agent and 6 g paraformaldehyde in each 200 ml of an organic solvent, when the temperature is 40-60℃, performing condensation reflux reaction, (c) adding the prepared graphene oxide and oligomer into 100 pts. wt. ethanol solution according to a mass ratio of 1:0.05, carrying out surface grafting reaction at 50-80℃ and (d) allowing to stand for 3-6 hours, (e) vacuum filtering, washing with deionized water and drying to obtain a flame retardant. USE - Preparation method of graphene oxide hybrid flame retardant. Uses include but are not limited to coating, adhesive, casting material, mold pressing material and composite material field. ADVANTAGE - The method provides graphene oxide hybrid flame retardant with good dispersibility of graphene powder by solvent heat treatment, low stack degree, not easy to agglomerate, enhanced number of oxygen-containing groups on the surface of the graphene powder, and improved flame retardant property and comprehensive performance of the composite material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: flame retardant; and use method of flame retardant comprising mechanically stirring the epoxy resin and the flame retardant at 40-60℃, then adding curing agent under the vacuum condition, mechanically stirring to obtain the epoxy resin precured product; pouring the epoxy resin pre-cured product into the mold, heating to cure reaction, after finishing reaction, cooling to room temperature to obtain the flame retardant epoxy resin composite material.
