▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing shielding material comprises (i) adding graphene to solvent, and performing ultrasonic treatment to disperse, (ii) adding carbon black to dispersion, and uniformly stirring and mixing, (ii) heating and dissolving base material in solvent, and uniformly dispersing, (iv) uniformly mixing and stirring mixture obtained in the step (iii) and mixture obtained in the step (ii), and adding conductive filler, (v) subjecting mixture to secondary ultrasonic treatment and adding lubricant, (vi) adding antioxidant to solution, (vii) naturally cooling down composite material, and using flat vulcanizer for tableting, and (viii) performing tests on material samples. USE - The method is useful in preparing shielding material for high-voltage cables (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material: has high tensile resistance, fracture resistance, high temperature resistance and high strength, which improves functionality of high-voltage cable shielding material, and prolongs service life of cable shielding material.
