NOVELTY - The preparation of high-stability nano black phosphorus/three-dimensional graphene composite material involves mixing the nano black phosphorus dispersion with graphene oxide dispersion under inert gas atmosphere at 5-30 degrees C, ultrasonically treating to obtain dispersion (A), subjecting dispersion (A) to liquid nitrogen treatment under inert gas atmosphere, and freeze-drying. USE - Preparation of high-stability nano black phosphorus/three-dimensional graphene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of high-stability nano black phosphorus/three-dimensional graphene composite material, and achieves strong bonding function between black phosphorus and graphene during reduction process.
