NOVELTY - Method for preparing a flexible conductive composite material for smart wear, involves preparing cotton fiber/polypyrrole composite fiber by in-situ polymerization method with cotton fiber as substrate, and hydrothermally reducing with graphene oxide dispersion, where the specific preparation steps of the flexible conductive composite material comprises (a) adding cotton short fiber and pyrrole into a solvent, ultrasonically dispersing into a slurry, and scraping to form a film, and further spraying ferric chloride solution on the surface of the film, and polymerizing, washing and drying to prepare a cotton fiber/polypyrrole composite fiber membrane, and (b) immersing the cotton fiber/polypyrrole composite fiber membrane into the graphene oxide dispersion, adding hydrazine hydrate, and heating for a reduction reaction for 14-16 hours to reduce the graphene oxide to graphene is attached to the surface of the cotton fiber/polypyrrole composite fiber membrane, washing and drying. USE - The method is used for preparing a flexible conductive composite material for smart wear (claimed), which is used as a conductive sensor control film for smart wear. ADVANTAGE - The method is carries out in a simple manner, environmentally-friendly. The prepared conductive film is soft and delicate, and has excellent conductivity and flexibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing a flexible conductive composite material for smart wear, involves preparing cotton fiber/polypyrrole composite fiber by in-situ polymerization method with cotton fiber as substrate, and hydrothermally reducing with graphene oxide dispersion to obtain cotton fiber/polypyrrole/graphene composite material for smart wear, where the specific preparation steps of the flexible conductive composite material comprises (a) adding cotton short fiber and pyrrole into a solvent, ultrasonically dispersing into a slurry, adjusting the pH to 3.5, and scraping to form a film, and further spraying ferric chloride solution on the surface of the film, and polymerizing at 30-40 degrees C in situ 12-14 hours, washing and drying after the reaction, to prepare a cotton fiber/polypyrrole composite fiber membrane, and (b) immersing the cotton fiber/polypyrrole composite fiber membrane prepared in step (a) into the graphene oxide dispersion, adding hydrazine hydrate, and heating to 120-140 degrees C for a reduction reaction for 14-16 hours to reduce the graphene oxide to graphene is attached to the surface of the cotton fiber/polypyrrole composite fiber membrane, washing and drying to obtain a cotton fiber/polypyrrole/graphene composite material, which is a flexible conductive composite material for smart wear.
