▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing silver-tin dioxide-reduced graphene oxide aerogel gas-sensitive material comprises (1) taking tin source, silver source and reducing agent into deionized water, stirring for period of time, cross-link by adding alcohol solution and graphene oxide solution, adding alkaline reagent to adjust the pH value and sonicating, placing in hydrothermal reactor to react, (2) taking prepared silver-tin dioxide- reduced graphene oxide sol and placing container, allowing gel stand still and pouring aging solution and (3) adding the silver-tin dioxide-reduced graphene oxide sol obtained into a freeze dryer at -55 to -60 degrees C under the pressure is 1-5 Pa for 36-72 hours, taking out sample after temperature of freeze dryer reaches room temperature and (4) drying at elevated temperature silver-tin dioxide-reduced graphene oxide aerogel initially formed in step (3) is placed in vacuum drying box to continue drying to obtain an silver-tin dioxide-reduced graphene oxide aerogel material. USE - The method is useful for preparing silver-tin dioxide-reduced graphene oxide aerogel gas-sensitive material. ADVANTAGE - The method: can enhance reaction activity; reduces activation energy and negative effects caused by impurities; improves preparation efficiency, sample purity and material selectivity; is simple and easy.
