NOVELTY - A high crack-resistant good adhesion waterproof coating contains silicone rubber latex, silicone waterproofing agent, prefabricated graphene dispersion, emulsion defoamer, chlorinated polyethylene emulsion, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, N-(hydroxymethyl)acrylamide, adhesion promoter, glass microbeads, chloroprene latex, expanded perlite and diatomaceous earth. USE - High crack-resistant good adhesion waterproof coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating has excellent elasticity, integrity, toughness, weather resistance, leakage resistance and durability, and can be coated in a continuous manner without any joints. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A high crack-resistant good adhesion waterproof coating contains 20-45 pts. wt. silicone rubber latex, 4-6 pts. wt. silicone waterproofing agent, 2-7 pts. wt. prefabricated graphene dispersion, 0.1-0.6 pt. wt. emulsion defoamer, 9-12 pts. wt. chlorinated polyethylene emulsion, 0.1-0.6 pt. wt. sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, 2-3 pts. wt. N-(hydroxymethyl)acrylamide, 1-2 pts. wt. adhesion promoter, 3-5 pts. wt. glass microbeads, 6-9 pts. wt. chloroprene latex, 6-8 pts. wt. expanded perlite and 5-7 pts. wt. diatomaceous earth. The prefabricated graphene dispersion comprises 15-20 pts. wt. graphite powder, 8-12 pts. wt. potassium persulfate, 2-3 pts. wt. cetyltrimethylammonium bromide, 1-2 pts. wt. polyvinylpyrrolidone, 1-2 pts. wt. p-hydroxyphenyl methylamine, 20-40 pts. wt. ethanol and 100-150 pts. wt. distilled water, and is prepared by preparing graphite powder from graphite oxide using Hummers' method, ultrasonically dispersing graphite powder in distilled water for 1-3 hours, adding mixed solution of ethanol and distilled water in a volume ratio of 8:1 to dispersion, ultrasonically processing for 2 hours, mechanically agitating mixture using an aqueous solution of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide at 70-80 degrees C for 2-4 hours, filtering reaction liquid, washing filtrate with ethanol and deionized water and drying, placing dried material in a container, adding polyvinylpyrrolidone to container under magnetic stirring and uniformly mixing, adding p-hydroxyphenyl methylamine within 1-2 hours and ultrasonically dispersing mixture. The emulsion defoamer comprises 1-2 pts. wt. dodecanol, 10-13 pts. wt. polyether-modified polysiloxane, 1-2 pts. wt. 1,2-benzisothiazolin-3-one, 0.2-0.4 pt. wt. sorbitan trioleate, 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. polyethylene glycol monostearate, 10-20 pts. wt. water, 1-2 pts. wt. PTFE ultrafine powder, 2-3 pts. wt. hydrophobic silica, 1-2 pts. wt. guar gum, 0.4-0.6 pt. wt. aluminum stearate, 1-2 pts. wt. methyldimethoxysilane and 1-2 pts. wt. sulfuric acid, and is prepared by mixing methyldimethoxysilane, hydrophobic silica, PTFE ultrafine powder and polyether-modified polysiloxane and stirring at 120-150 degrees C for 1-2 hours, heating reaction mixture and cooled to room temperature, heating sorbitan trioleate and polyethylene glycol monostearate at 40-60 degrees C under stirring, adding heated mixture to above obtained product, stirring mixture at high-speed for 20-40 minutes, adding remaining components other than water to mixture and mixing, controlling the temperature at 70-80 degrees C, stirring at low speed, slowly adding deionized water to mixture, stirring, cooling to room temperature, adding the resulting material to a colloid mill and grinding 2-3 times material. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of waterproof coating, which involves adding silicone rubber latex and chlorinated polyethylene emulsion to reaction kettle, stirring at 500 rpm, adding silicone waterproofing agent, dispersing for 5-6 minutes, adding prefabricated graphene dispersion, stirring mixture for 5-7 minutes, adding 50-60% emulsion defoamer to mixture, stirring the dispersion for 5-7 minutes, adding sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, dispersing for 8-10 minutes, stirring at 800 rpm, adding expanded perlite, glass microbeads and diatomaceous earth to dispersion, stirring for 15-20 minutes, adding remaining amount of emulsion defoamer to obtained product, adding remaining ingredients and dispersing for 5-10 minutes, filtering and grinding filtrate using colloid mill.
