NOVELTY - The meter (100) has a liquid media injection tube (132) that injects the liquid media into the immune sensor (200). The immune sensor includes an upper sensor holder with an opening. A lower sensor holder is inserted into the inner space of the upper sensor holder. A 3-electrode connection terminal is arranged in the lower sensor holder. The redox gel is provided on the 3-electrode connection terminal. A reaction area is arranged with a reference electrode (RE), a working electrode (WE), and a counter electrode (CE) for collecting and analyzing bioparticles on the redox gel. An assay substrate layer through which liquid media is flowed. USE - Continuous electrical bioparticle concentration-meter used for continuous air phase concentration and quantification of bioparticles e.g. target virus chosen from adenovirus, levivirus enterobacteria phase MS2, vaccinia virus, herpes simplex virus, parainfluenza virus, rhinovirus, varicella zoster virus, measles virus, respiratory syncytial virus, dengue virus, HIV, influenza virus, coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2), common cold coronavirus (HKU1, OC43, NL63, 229E), severe acute respiratory syndrome-related coronavirus (SARS-CoV), Middle East respiratory syndrome coronavirus (MERS-CoV) and their variants in air. ADVANTAGE - The continuous air phase concentration and quantification of bioparticles in the air is performed. The portable, light weight and inexpensive continuous electric bio-particle concentration-measuring device is achieved. The incoming virus aerosol particles are concentrated on the working electrode of the electrochemical sensor by electrostatic force. The paper-based immunosensors continuously provide a small amount of medium, thus enabling continuous antigen-antibody interaction and removal of off-target particles throughout sampling and measurement. The sensor surface remains wet without flooding and drying of the liquid during movement. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a bioparticle concentration and detection method.
