▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The sensor has a heating electrode (4), a lower insulating layer (2), a silicon chip (1), an upper insulating layer (3), a signal electrode (5), a sensitive layer (6), a self-cleaning film layer (7), a heating electrode lead wire (10) and a signal electrode lead wire (11) that are arranged from bottom to top. USE - Graphene and titanium dioxide based self-cleaning membrane sensor for monitoring quality of water containing harmful bacteria. ADVANTAGE - The working stability of the sensor in the water for long time is effectively improved. The process of the sensor is simple. The cost of the sensor can be reduced. The mass production of the sensor can be achieved easily. The optical sensor assistance of the sensor can be improved. The sensor is suitable for water quality monitoring system application. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of double sensitive layer gas sensor based on nanofibers and particle adhesion layer. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a sectional view of the graphene and titanium dioxide based self-cleaning membrane sensor.
