▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Aluminum/graphene oxide (GO)/ammonium perchlorate (AP) composite energetic micro-unit material, is claimed. The aluminum/GO/AP composite energetic micro-unit material is double-shell core-shell composite powder with aluminum powder as the core, GO is coated on the surface of the aluminum powder to form aluminum/GO functionalized powder, and AP is coated on the surface of the aluminum/GO functionalized powder to form aluminum/GO/AP composite powder. The mass fraction of the aluminum powder is 10-50 wt.%, the mass fraction of the GO is 0-10 wt.% and the mass fraction of the AP is 50-90 wt.%. The particle size of the aluminum powder is different, and the particle size range of the aluminum/GO/AP composite energetic micro-unit material is 20-120 µm. USE - Used as aluminum/graphene oxide (GO)/ammonium perchlorate (AP) composite energetic micro-unit material. ADVANTAGE - The material: improves the safety and reactivity of the aluminum/GO/AP composite energetic material through the compositional energetic microstructure design; has simple preparation method, controllable particle size of the product and environment-friendly technological process; is economical and recyclable, and suitable for industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the material, comprising (1) adding GO to the solvent, and sonicating until uniform GO suspension is obtained, (2) dispersing the aluminum powder in the GO suspension, stirring, filtering and drying to obtain the aluminum/GO functionalized powder, (3) dissolving excess AP in its good solvent, and obtaining hot saturated solution of AP after heating to certain temperature, (4) adding the Al/GO functionalized powder into the heat-saturated solution of AP, uniformly stirring to obtain heat-saturated AP solution containing aluminum/GO, (5) crystallizing the hot saturated AP solution containing aluminum/GO at a low temperature, keeping it warm and stirring to grow the crystal for period of time, and obtaining suspension containing aluminum/GO/AP, and (6) centrifuging the suspension containing aluminum/GO/AP, separating the crystallization liquid, and drying the obtained solid in vacuum to obtain the aluminum/GO/AP composite energetic micro-unit material.
