NOVELTY - Vacuum casting screw using epoxy resin involves pre-processing raw material. The epoxy resin is dried in a vacuum drying box at 50-80 degrees C for 24 hour. The obtained dried product is added with 5-15 pts. wt. molybdenum disulfide per 100 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 65-150 pts. wt. nano-carbon fiber, graphite and graphene. The mixture is ultrasonically stirred for 2-4 hours. The mixed material is dried in a vacuum oven at 50-80 degrees C for 6-12 hours to obtain a primary mixture. The primary mixture is added with 25-40 pts. wt. curing agent. USE - Method for vacuum casting screw using epoxy resin. ADVANTAGE - The method enables vacuum casting screw using epoxy resin in a cost-effective manner, and can greatly reduce the device energy consumption. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Vacuum casting screw using epoxy resin involves pre-processing raw material. The mixture is stirred for 1-2 hours to obtain the secondary mixed material. The secondary mixed material is carried out for vacuum de-foaming treatment. The assembled and preheated mold is placed at 80-100 degrees C into the vacuum casting tank, and the pouring tank can be pumped. The degree of vacuum is below 1330 Pa and the temperature of 100 degrees C is maintained. The mixture with the temperature of 50-80 degrees C is poured into the mold, where the pouring time is 0.5-2 hours and the vacuum is exhausted during the pouring. The first curing is performed at a mold temperature of 120 degrees C, the first curing time is 1-2 hours. The second curing is performed at a mold temperature of 140-180?OC, and the second curing time is 3-6hour. The mold release at mold temperatures below 80/oC, the cooling rate of the cast is maintained at 0.5 degrees C/min.
