▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A method for improving heat dissipation of electrophoretic paint coating involves adding graphene dispersion liquid to electrophoretic paint, uniformly mixing to be used as bath liquid for coating a metal surface, applying magnetic field during coating process, and making a graphene plane to be arranged in a direction perpendicular to a metal substrate, so that the heat dissipation of the metal surface coating is improved. The graphene dispersion liquid is prepared by adding graphene nanosheets and a dispersant to a solvent, and uniformly stirring using a high-shear equipment at normal temperature to obtain the graphene dispersion liquid. USE - The method is useful for improving heat dissipation of electrophoretic paint coating. ADVANTAGE - The oriented arrangement of the graphene plane perpendicular to the substrate workpiece is realized, the density of the coating is effectively improved by nano graphene, the in-plane thermal conductivity of the graphene is utilized to the maximum extent, and the heat dissipation capacity of the electrophoresis composite coating is improved.
