NOVELTY - Preparation of irradiation modified polyurethane piezoelectric damping material comprises mixing polyether polyol, 4,4'-dicyclohexylmethane diisocyanate, catalyst, graphene, piezoelectric ceramic powder, diethoxy-butyne diol and 1,4-butanediol to obtain mixed materials; vacuum-defoaming and pouring mixed material into mold cast to obtain sheet; thermal curing sheet; vacuum molding sheet to obtain plate; and performing electrode treatment by irradiation modification to obtain damping material. USE - Preparation of irradiation modified polyurethane piezoelectric damping material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method produces piezoelectric damping material with improved dielectric constant, improved damping performance, and improved mechanical performance. It has reduced post-curing period and simplified production process.
