NOVELTY - Composite flame retardant material comprises 20-25 pts. wt. aramid fiber 1414, 30-35 pts. wt. flame-retardant viscose fiber, 10-15 pts. wt. glass fiber, 10-15 pts. wt. graphene fiber and 10-15 pts. wt. basalt yarn. USE - Used as composite flame retardant material. ADVANTAGE - The flame retardant material: improves flame retardant properties, reduce cost and increases spinnability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing composite flame retardant material comprising (i) immersing viscose fiber in flame-retardant liquid, infiltering, drying, to obtain flame retardant viscose fiber, (ii) twisting aramid 1414 fiber, glass fiber, graphene fibers, basalt yarn and flame-retardant viscose fibers together into strands, where twist is 370-450 T/M, and twisting direction is S twisting or Z twist, and (iii) after twisting wires as warp and weft, weaving, where density of warp yarn is 280-300/10 cm, and density of weft yarn is 250-260/10 cm.
