▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of magnesium-based composite material involves mixing nano-ceramic and graphene, performing plasma-assisted high-energy ball milling at plasma discharge voltage of 15 kV and current of 0.5-10 A for 0.5-10 hours to obtain reinforcing material, uniformly mixing the reinforcing material and magnesium alloy powder in a volatile solvent, drying obtained slurry, press-molding, sintering, and hot-extruding. USE - Preparation of magnesium-based composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The prepared magnesium-based composite material has excellent mechanical property, especially the strength and toughness (yield strength of more than 365 MPa, tensile strength of more than 441 MPa and elongation of 8.5% or more).
