▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - 0-0-3 type flexible piezoelectric composite film prepared by adding piezoelectric single crystal material to the piezoelectric polymer in a 0-dimensional manner, where the graphene-shaped two-dimensional material MXene with a large number of functional groups hydroxy group, oxide group, hydro group, and fluro is added in a 0-dimensional manner as the third phase to obtain MXene/PVDF-based polymer/PMN-PT composite piezoelectric material. USE - The film is useful for medicinal ultrasound probes and underwater acoustic transducers. ADVANTAGE - The film has good flexibility and higher piezoelectric property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the 0-0-3 type flexible piezoelectric composite film, comprising (i) taking graphene-shaped two-dimensional sheet material MXene, (ii) dissolving the graphene-shaped two-dimensional sheet material MXene of step (i) in a solution of N-dimethylformamide (DMF), and performing ultrasonic vibration treatment, where the mass fraction of graphene-shaped two-dimensional sheet material MXene in the final polymer does not exceed 0.001-15%, (iii) adding piezoelectric polymer to the solution obtained in the step (ii), and stirring until uniform to obtain composite solution, (iv) adding specific amount of piezoelectric ceramic phase powder to the composite solution obtained in the above step (iii), stirring, and ultrasonically dispersing for specific period of time until the dispersion is uniform to obtain cast composite solution, (v) coating the casting composite solution obtained in the step (iv) above on a casting plate placed horizontally, making the solution flow uniformly, then placing in an oven, adjusting the temperature, and drying to obtain dry cast film, and(vi) hot pressing and molding the dried cast film obtained in the above step (v) to obtain 0-0-3 type flexible composite piezoelectric film.
