NOVELTY - Manufacturing graphene comprises (a) heating and stirring solution including a metal precursor, acid, amine and a reducing agent to form metal nanoparticles dispersion for controlled formation of surface oxide film and forming a pattern by coating or printing; (b) forming conductive metal thin film and fine pattern including fixing by sintering the coated or printed patterns through heat treatment or laser irradiation; and (c) forming thin film and fine pattern by carbon vapor deposition method. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and efficient, easily produces the metal thin film having high conductivity, good quality and very fine pattern; is performed under non-oxygen atmosphere to improve the produced graphene of quality; and produces graphene thin film with uniform surface roughness.
