NOVELTY - Preparation of ordered graphene oxide film comprises grinding graphite oxide into fine powder with granularity of 1-40 mu m, preparing powder and solvent into suspension; ultrasonically treating for 10-120 minutes and removing unstable impurity in suspension to obtain graphene oxide sol; heating sol until temperature reaches at 30-100 degrees C, and forming film on sol surface after 10-200 minutes; vacuum-drying film from sol surface at 50-150 degrees C to obtain graphene oxide film without support; and taking out the film, and repeating steps (C) and (D) using sol to further obtain graphene oxide film. USE - Method for preparation of ordered graphene oxide film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is suitable for large scale production. The cycle of assembling film is short, and the film area can be controlled. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of ordered graphene oxide film comprises: (A) grinding graphite oxide into fine powder with granularity of 1-40 mu m, preparing powder and solvent into suspension with concentration of 0.5-6 mg/ml; (B) ultrasonically treating for 10-120 minutes and removing unstable impurity in suspension to obtain graphene oxide sol; (C) heating sol until temperature reaches at 30-100 degrees C, and forming film on sol surface after 10-200 minutes; (D) vacuum-drying film from sol surface at 50-150 degrees C to obtain graphene oxide film without support; and (E) taking out the film, and repeating steps (C) and (D) using sol to further obtain graphene oxide film.
