NOVELTY - Preparing graphene composite material involves adding the nano inorganic oxide and the silane coupling agent into the solvent, mixing, reacting, and washing to prepare the nano inorganic oxide modified by the silane coupling agent. The silane coupling agent-modified nano-inorganic oxide and nano-metal are stirred and mixed, added K-gold solution, and then added aldehydes, and reacted to prepare a mixture containing the nano-inorganic oxide-nano-metal composite modified by the silane coupling agent. The K-gold solution is an alkaline potassium salt solution containing the nano metal ions. The surfactant and graphene oxide are added to the mixture, stirred the reaction, and filtered with suction to obtain a filter cake. The filter cake is soaked in a solution of reducing agent, reacted, and filtered with suction to prepare the graphene composite material.
