NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-doped aluminum alloy wire comprises (i) melting aluminum ingot into molten aluminum, adding graphene modified suspension to mix, introducing molten aluminum into holding furnace, heating at 680-750 degrees C, keeping for 1-3 hours, and obtaining graphene-doped aluminum liquid, (ii) transferring graphene-doped aluminum liquid to refining furnace, adding magnesium, iron, vanadium, silicon, titanium, tellurium, indium, rare earth elements and aluminum, stirring, heating at 750-800 degrees C, keeping for 30-60 minutes, and obtaining aluminum alloy mixture, (iii) spraying refining agent and nitrogen into refining furnace, refining, adding covering agent, and allowing to stand for 10-30 minutes, (iv) injecting refined aluminum alloy mixture into continuous casting and rolling mill for casting and rolling, and cooling to obtain aluminum alloy rod, and (v) subjecting aluminum alloy rod to laser remelting treatment, and cooling, and drawning into wire of required size. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-doped aluminum alloy wire. ADVANTAGE - The method: solves current problem of poor bonding force between graphene easy agglomeration and aluminum alloy matrix; and improves strength, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of aluminum alloy wire. The alloy wire: can meet needs of today's energy saving and consumption reduction, and has broad market prospect.
