NOVELTY - Method for preparing high-heat-conducting thickness film graphene involves (a) obtaining a single-layer heat conducting graphene film, (b) coating the multiple single-layers of heat conducting film coated with an oxidized graphene solution, (c) sequentially drying to obtain a multi-layer thermal conductivity graphene film and (d) performing pressurization on the multi-layer thermal conductive graphene film under the condition of 10-30 MPa and drying at 40?? C, and (e) fully drying the multilayer heatconducting graphene film at 300-400?? C under the protection of a protective gas and 10 to 30 MPa under the conditions of pressurizing to obtain the final product. USE - Secondary forming method of high heat-conducting graphene film used in electronic device. Uses include but are not limited to mobile phone, computer, mobile phone chip such as 888, 8gen1, etc. ADVANTAGE - The method simplifies the preparation process, avoids the use of each kind of additive, obtains the secondary forming of high heat conductivity graphene the thickness of the film not only has the advantages of traditional thermal and mechanical property, has low process cost, and is good for large-scale preparation of characteristics.
