NOVELTY - Manufacture of graphene composite thermal conductive film involves (1) evenly dispersing graphene oxide dispersion, adding to a coagulation liquid, (2) adding carbon nanotubes and nano-silver, (3) uniformly and ultrasonically dispersing, coating the mixture on a substrate, (4) taking out the substrate, and drying to obtain a single-layer self-assembled graphene oxide composite film, (5) coating graphene oxide dispersion on the substrate with graphene oxide composite film, and (6) repeatedly immersing-drying-coating. USE - Manufacture of graphene composite thermal conductive film used for electronic component, mobile phone heat dissipation, and LED lamp. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple, economical and large-scale industrial manufacture of graphene composite thermal conductive film with improved heat dissipation coefficient in Z-axis direction of graphene, excellent film performance, and thickness controllable by repeated operation process.
