▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Rubber backing plate comprises first rubber pad, second rubber pad assembly, and third rubber pad. The first rubber block and the third rubber block are respectively spliced on both sides of the second rubber block assembly. The first rubber pad is in the shape of a long strip, where the one end of which is provided with a first groove, and the other end is flush. The second rubber block assembly is formed by splicing second rubber blocks, where the one end of the second rubber block is provided with a second groove, and the other end is provided with a second protrusion matching the second groove. The third rubber pad is elongated, where the one end is provided with a third protrusion, and the other end is flush. USE - As rubber backing plate. ADVANTAGE - The rubber backing plate replaces one of the rubber pad components when damaged, reduces cost, and provides a deformation-resistant and aging-resistant railway rubber pad. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation process of the rubber backing plate, involving (i) weighing 50-100 pts. wt. ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, 6-18 pts. wt. styrene butadiene rubber, 5-25 pts. wt. graphene, 20-30 pts. wt. intermediate filler, 3-7 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent, 2-5.5 pts. wt. accelerator and 5-9 pts. wt. surface active agent as raw materials, (ii) plasticizing ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber and styrene-butadiene rubber on a open mill at 80-125 degrees C, and putting into a open mill after the plasticization is uniform, (iii) putting the plasticized rubber into an open mill for refining with a roll distance of 0.5-8.5 mm at a roll temperature of below 90 degrees C for 10-20 minutes, and adding vulcanizing agent after parking for 8 hours, (iv) preheating the open mill, controlling the temperature at 80-95 degrees C with a roll distance of 0.5-8.5 mm, and adding vulcanizing agent for mixing for 6-10 minutes to obtain semi-finished rubber, (v) putting the prepared semi-finished rubber material into a center of mold, and pressurizing and vulcanizing and (vi) opening the mold after the vulcanization is completed, taking out the product, and self-checking and self-repairing the waste edges.
