NOVELTY - The detector has vulcanization molybdenum layer (4) and black phosphorus electric conduction layer (5) that are joined to form hetero-junction structure. The black phosphorus electric conduction layer is set with leading-out electrodes (71,72). The isolation medium layer (32) is connected with graphene layer, by leading-out electrodes. The graphene layer (21) is extended out of isolation medium layer (31). An electrode (61) is extended on graphene layer (21). The electrode (62) is formed on graphene layer (22) to form flat capacitance structure. USE - Energy band gap regulating light detector. ADVANTAGE - The wide spectrum of the energy band gap regulating light detector is realized easily. The ultra-fast response of the detector is achieved.
