USE - The biomimetic cell membrane core nanoparticle is used in preparing reversal agent with antithrombotic drug (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The biomimetic cell membrane core nanoparticle develops a kind of effective anti-thrombus medicine, strong safety, convenient operation, preparing anti-thrombus medicine reversal agent with low cost. The inert core is used as the supporting framework, the bionic cell membrane is used as anti-thrombus medicine adsorption layer, the receptor expressed by the bionic cell membrane is used as bait to reduce the blood concentration of the free form by combining with the antithrombotic medicine; can effectively reduce the antithrombotic effect.
