NOVELTY - The waver has a bracket connected with two mounting parts. A graphene layer and a heat conducting layer are formed on one of the mounting parts. A heat-conducting layer covered with the graphene layer. A storage device is connected with the other mounting part and the graphene layer. A temperature sensor is connected between the graphene layer and the heat conducting layer. The storage device is connected with a power source management circuit and a storage battery. A power supply connector transmits alternating current or direct current power to the power supply managing circuit. USE - Outdoor marcel waver.
