NOVELTY - A high-penetration type moisture-curing sealing primer comprises component (A) comprising 30-50 pts. wt. quaternary ammonium salt modified epoxy resin, 0.2-1.5 pts. wt. graphene, 4.5-12 pts. wt. basalt flakes, 0.1-2 pts. wt. silver-loaded zirconium phosphate, 0.1-1.5 pts. wt. wetting dispersant, 0.5-3.5 pts. wt. graft coupling agent, 0.1-2 pts. wt. anti-settling agent, 1-5 pts. wt. active diluent, 10-35 pts. wt. pigment filler, 1-10 pts. wt. butanol and 5-25 pts. wt. dimethylbenzene, and component (B) comprising 10-30 pts. wt. phenalkamine, 10-30 pts. wt. phenolic amide, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. graphene, 7-17 pts. wt. basalt flakes, 0.5-2 pts. wt. wetting dispersant, 0.8-4.8 pts. wt. anti-settling agent, 20-30 pts. wt. pigment filler, 2-6.7 pts. wt. butanol and 9-18 pts. wt. dimethylbenzene. USE - The high-penetration type moisture-curing sealing primer is useful in protective coating for concrete structure engineering under C-5 harsh environment (all claimed) such as marine environment including seaport construction, marine tunnel, sea-crossing bridge and coastal dam. ADVANTAGE - The high-penetration type moisture-curing sealing primer is environmentally-friendly, has low requirement on the surface treatment of the substrate, and achieves single-coat thick film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: preparation of the high-penetration type moisture-curing sealing primer, which involves mixing quaternary ammonium salt modified epoxy resin, butanol and dimethylbenzene, adding wetting dispersant, graft coupling agent, anti-settling agent, active diluent, graphene, silver-loaded zirconium phosphate and basalt flakes, stirring and dispersing, adding pigment filler, mixing and adjusting the viscosity of the obtained mixture to form component (A), mixing phenalkamine, phenolic amide curing agent, butanol and dimethylbenzene, adding wetting dispersant, anti-settling agent, graphene and basalt flakes, mixing, stirring and dispersing, adding pigment filler, mixing, and adjusting the viscosity of the obtained mixture to form component (B), and mixing and curing components (A,B); and a protective coating, which is formed using the sealing primer, and has a dry film thickness of 200 μm or more, and a penetration depth of 3 mm or more.
