NOVELTY - A synthetic lubricating-oil base oil comprises 60-80 pts. wt. synthetic base oil, 5-8 pts. wt. n-butyl ether, 4-6 pts. wt. ethanol, 0.4-1 pt. wt. graphene, 4-6 pts. wt. sodium hydroxide solution, 3-5 pts. wt. trimethylolpropane oleate, 1.5-2 pts. wt. ethylenediamine, and 3-5 pts. wt. antioxidant. USE - Synthetic lubricating-oil base oil. ADVANTAGE - The base oil effectively adheres on the machine surface to form an oil film, greatly reduces the friction loss, has excellent compatibility, reduces abrasion, and provides excellent lubricating and protecting effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the base oil, which involves adding synthetic base oil to a reaction kettle at 0.06-0.1 MPa, heating to 60-80 degrees C, stir-mixing, adding graphene and trimethylolpropane oleate, vacuumizing the reaction kettle, heating to 80-100 degrees C, stirring continuously for 2-3 hours at 300-500 rpm to obtain mixture (A), adding n-butyl ether, ethanol and antioxidant to a stirring tank, stirring at 50-60 degrees C to obtain solution (A), adding solution (A) to mixture (A), stirring at 80-90 degrees C and 800-1400 rpm, adding the mixed solution to a viscolizer, processing at 16000-20000 psi and 30-60 times/minute for 20-30 minutes, adding the mixed solution to an ultrasonic mixer, mixing for 10-15 minutes at 5-15 MHz and 40-60 degrees C, dripping 40% sodium hydroxide solution and ethylenediamine, stir-mixing at 40-50 degrees C, and filtering.
