NOVELTY - A waterproof coating material comprises 40-60 pts. wt. epoxy modified polyether polyol, 20-30 pts. wt. polyisocyanate monomer, 20-30 pts. wt. plasticizer, 1-5 pts. wt. latent curing agent, 0.3-3 pts. wt. catalyst, 0.1-2 pts. wt. defoaming agent, 1-5 pts. wt. anti-sagging agent, 10-20 pts. wt. graphene oxide and 5-10 pts. wt. silane coupling agent. USE - As waterproof coating material for forming multi-layer compact structure. ADVANTAGE - The waterproof coating material enables to form a multi-layer compact structure. The coating of the compact structure has improved waterproof performance. The extensibility of waterproof film formed by the coating is improved due to the presence of graphene oxide and silane coupling agent. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation of waterproof coating material. The method involves: 1) sequentially adding epoxy modified polyether polyol and a plasticizer into a reaction kettle to form a composite coating (I), quickly stirring and heating to 130-150degrees Celsius and then removing water from the composite coating (I); 2) cooling the reaction kettle to 40-70degrees Celsius, adding a polyisocyanate monomer and reacting at 75-90degrees Celsius for 1-1.5 hours to form composite coating (II); 3) adding graphene oxide into a silane coupling agent, performing ultrasonic dispersion for 1-1.5 hours and then adding graphene oxide into composite coating (II) to form a composite coating (III); 4) stirring the defoaming agent, latent curing agent, catalyst and anti-flow agent for 1-2 hours and then eliminating bubbles.
