▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene ceramic heating plate comprises (i) preparing a paraffin board, coating graphene lines on the paraffin board, drying and shaping, and setting positive and negative electrodes on the graphene lines; (ii) fixing the paraffin plate in the middle of the heating plate mold, where the gaps around the paraffin plate and the side wall of the heating plate mold, which is placed in contact with the side wall of the heating plate mold; (iii) pouring the ceramic slurry into the heating plate mold, drying to form a ceramic body; and (iv) demolding the ceramic body, calcining, and cooling. USE - The heating plate is useful in graphene application technology field, electrical, optical, and electrical applications. ADVANTAGE - The method enables enhancing hydrophilicity of the mica plate to enhance the integrity and strength of the ceramic heating plate, ensures the integrity of the whole ceramic heating plate, allows the graphene circuit to be located between the positive and negative electrodes with a set of parallel circuits, prevents damage of one line from affecting the normal use of other lines, extends the service life of the graphene ceramic plate to specific extent, and enhances the function of heat insulation.
