▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Use of spent fluid catalytic cracking catalyst as raw material for preparing graphene/ceramic composite material, is claimed. USE - The spent fluid catalytic cracking catalyst is useful as raw material for preparing graphene/ceramic composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material: has excellent conductivity, excellent mechanical properties, high tensile strength and excellent comprehensive performance. The spent fluid catalytic cracking catalyst: has low cost; ensures recycling of resources; and is environmentally friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for use of spent fluid catalytic cracking catalyst as raw material for preparing graphene/ceramic composite material, comprising (i) wet mixing spent fluid catalytic cracking catalyst and silicon carbide material as matrix raw materials, graphene as enhanced body and anhydrous ethanol as solvent in planetary high speed ball mill to obtain slurry, and casting the slurry on polytetrafluoroethylene substrate to obtain graphene ceramic blank body, (ii) drying the graphene ceramic blank body at 50-60 degrees C for 10-20 hours and loading into a mold, and pressing, (iii) sintering the pressed molding material obtained in step (ii) to obtain graphene/ceramic composite material, where the sintering process composed of heated the pressed molding material to 200-300 degrees C at a heating rate of 2-5 degrees C/minute for first time and heat preservated for 20-30 minutes, heated to 500-600 degrees C for second time and heat preservated for 30-40 minutes, heated to 700-800 degrees C for third time and heat preservated for 40-50 minutes, then heated to 1150-1250 degrees C for fourth time and heat preservated for 90-120 minutes, and cooled, and (iv) subjecting the sintering blank material obtained in step (iii) to sulfur sulfurizing process at 110-115 degrees C for 60-120 minutes, where the method utilizes 20-30 pts. wt. graphene, 25-30 pts. wt. silicon carbide and 55-65 pts. wt. spent fluid catalytic cracking catalyst.
