NOVELTY - Preparing graphene elastic material involves adding flake graphite powder under ice-bath conditions to 98% concentrated sulfuric acid under mechanical stirring, and then adding 60-90 wt.% sodium nitrate to the graphite powder, adding 5 times potassium permanganate, reacting for 60-90min under ice bath. The graphene oxide is reduced in a 5-10 wt.% hydrazine hydrate solution, the reduction temperature is 85-90 degrees C, and the reduction time is 45-90 min to obtain graphene. USE - Method for preparing graphene elastic material for vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene elastic material, which has high hardness, high elasticity, good cushioning and wear resistance, and good application prospect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene elastic material involves adding flake graphite powder under ice-bath conditions to 98% concentrated sulfuric acid under mechanical stirring, and then adding 60-90 wt.% sodium nitrate to the graphite powder, adding 5 times potassium permanganate, reacting for 60-90min under ice bath. The graphene oxide is reduced in a 5-10 wt.% hydrazine hydrate solution, the reduction temperature is 85-90 degrees C, and the reduction time is 45-90 min to obtain graphene. 7-9 pts. wt. graphene, 3-8 pts. wt. ethylene and propylene copolymer, 1-4 pts. wt. nylon, 2-5 pts. wt. styrene acrylonitrile polymer, 1-3 pts. wt. polyurethane, and 1-2 pts. wt. coupling agent are uniformly mixed and injected into a reactor for pressure polymerization. After the reaction is over, the reaction temperature is naturally reduced to normal pressure. The high-temperature polymer is directly injected into the pre-cooled mold, then immediately placed in a low-temperature freeze-drying box for 12-24 hours to obtain a finished product.
