NOVELTY - Conductive adhesive comprises 30-50 pts. wt. graphene granules, 10-15 pts. wt. polyglycol ether, 20-28 pts. wt. organic silica gel, 4-8 pts. wt. sodium hexametaphosphate, 20-30 pts. wt. curing initiator, 3-5 pts. wt. oily acrylic acid glue water and 10-12 pts. wt. cyclohexanone. USE - Used as conductive adhesive. ADVANTAGE - The adhesive has high conductivity performance (claimed); excellent conductivity, strong bonding ability, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, excellent stability, and is non-toxic and environmentally friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing conductive adhesive comprising (i) adding raw material components into double planetary mixer, stirring for 60-90 minutes, (ii) casting and molding, transferring compound into two-roll molding machine, (iii) curing cast-molded material by ultravoilet curing channel for 3-8 minutes.
