NOVELTY - Producing graphene based on a detonation process involves preparing a graphene by gas source preparation, vacuumizing, gas source filling, gas source heating, and detonation self-assembly. The production method involves catalyst preparation step, which is carried out before vacuumizing, and a pressure relief collecting and removing catalyst step, which are carried out after detonation self-assembly of the graphene preparation. The catalyst preparation step refers to catalyst selection and catalyst loading. The catalyst in the graphene mixed powder obtained by the detonation self-assembled graphene step is removed by a sieving method or a magnetic separation method. USE - The method is useful for producing graphene based on detonation process. ADVANTAGE - The method enables large-scale industrial production of graphene based on detonation process using cheap raw materials with high yield of 30-60%.
