NOVELTY - The structure has a metalized safety film explosion-proof capacitor portion that is arranged in a housing. The metalized safety film explosion-proof capacitor portion is provided with a first electrode plate. The first electrode plate is provided with a first substrate and a first electrode layer provided on the surface of the first substrate. The first electrode layer whose material is graphene mixed with activated carbon and doped with nickel oxide. USE - Structure of metalized safety film explosion-proof capacitor. ADVANTAGE - The graphene is mixed with activated carbon and doped with nickel oxide as the first electrode layer of the first electrode plate thus the properties of graphene is retained with good conductivity. The problem of low energy density of the graphene is improved by nickel oxide thus the overall conductivity and energy density of the metalized safety film explosion-proof capacitor are greatly improved. The graphene is mixed with activated carbon and doped with tungsten oxide as the second electrode layer of the second electrode plate. The conductivity is enhanced and has a larger surface area through the cooperation between the first electrode and the second electrode thus the overall internal resistance is greatly reduced. The structure has good performance in terms of specific capacitance value, power density, and energy density.
