NOVELTY - Preparation of multi-layered long-cycle silicon-carbon cathode material involves taking pure silicon and masterbatch (A) comprising solvent (A) and dispersant, mixing 10 wt.% pure silicon and 90 wt.% masterbatch (A), grinding in grinding machine to obtain mixture (A), mixing 10 wt.% graphene and 90 wt.% masterbatch (A), grinding to obtain mixture (B), mixing mixture (A) and mixture (B) to form mixture (C), performing planetary mixing, emulsification and homogenization and defoaming planetary mixing process to obtain mixture (D), mixing carbon nanotubes and masterbatch (B), adding to blade stirring tank, stirring, adding to emulsifier, stirring to obtain mixture (E), planetary mixing the mixture (D) and mixture (E) to form mixture (F), and spray-drying mixture (F) to form silicon-carbon composite structure mixture. The solvent (A) is chosen from ethanol, acetone and water. The dispersant is chosen from polymer propping agent, small molecule anchoring agent, and thickening agent. USE - Preparation of multi-layered long-cycle silicon-carbon cathode material for lithium ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The method provides multi-layer long-circulating silicon carbon cathode material with high conductivity, high capacity and cycle life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of multi-layered long-cycle silicon-carbon cathode material involves taking pure silicon and masterbatch (A) comprising solvent (A) and dispersant, mixing 10 wt.% pure silicon and 90 wt.% masterbatch (A), grinding in grinding machine to obtain mixture (A), mixing 10 wt.% graphene and 90 wt.% masterbatch (A), grinding to obtain mixture (B), mixing mixture (A) and mixture (B) of equal weight to form mixture (C), performing planetary mixing, emulsification and homogenization and defoaming planetary mixing process to obtain mixture (D), mixing carbon nanotubes and masterbatch (B), adding to blade stirring tank, stirring, adding to emulsifier, stirring to obtain mixture (E), planetary mixing the mixture (D) and mixture (E) to form mixture (F), and spray-drying the mixture (F) to form silicon-carbon composite structure mixture. The values of the above components are subject to a change of plus minus20 wt.%. The solvent (A) is chosen from ethanol, acetone and water. The dispersant is chosen from polymer propping agent, small molecule anchoring agent, and thickening agent. The carbon nanotubes are arrayed carbon nanotubes. The masterbatch (B) is solvent (B) and coating agent. The solvent (B) is water.
