NOVELTY - Production of bacteriostatic medical surgical mask involves taking bacteriostatic medical surgical mask, and reinforcing non-woven fabric layer and ear band. The bacteriostatic medical surgical mask includes mask main body and seamless pressing edge located around mask main body. The mask main body is non-woven fabric layer, graphene oxide-nano silver antibacterial layer, melt-blown filter layer and skin-friendly inner layer. The top portion between graphene oxide-nano-silver antibacterial layer and non-woven fabric layer and is provided with adjusting metal sheet. The outer protective non-woven fabric layer two sides are symmetrically provided with ear band. The bacteriostatic medical surgical mask further includes fixing sheet. Reinforcing process involves extending ear band connected with non-woven fabric layer into fixing sheet, pressing fixing sheet after folding, forming bending area, punching, and forming four groups of horizontally arranged steel prints. USE - The method is used for producing bacteriostatic medical surgical mask. ADVANTAGE - The method improves connection strength between ear band and non-woven fabric, and avoids condition that ear band is broken off from non-woven fabric layer.
