NOVELTY - Super-hydrophobic polyaniline-acrylate copolymer anticorrosive coating comprises 46-65 pts. wt. graphene grafted fluorinated acrylic resin, 16-23 pts. wt. aniline, 18-25 pts. wt. initiator, 3-6 pts. wt. protonic acid. USE - Used as super-hydrophobic polyaniline-acrylate copolymer anticorrosive coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating: improves the conductivity of the acrylic coating, enhances electrochemical anti-corrosion performance; adds highly hydrophobic perfluorohexyl ethyl methacrylate and tridecafluoroheptanoic acid, which endows the coating with good super-hydrophobic performance, and excellent anti-fouling and anti-corrosion performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the anticorrosive coating, comprising (i) adding an emulsion containing 46-65 pts. wt. graphene grafted fluorinated acrylic resin to the distilled water solvent, 16-23 pts. wt. aniline and 3-6 pts. wt. proton acid trifluoroheptanoic acid, slowly adding 18-25 pts. wt. initiator ammonium persulfate, stirring at 0-10 degrees C for 20-30 hours, spraying the solution on the mold, neutralizing and fully drying.
