NOVELTY - High-strength asphalt concrete material comprises 80-90 pts. wt. asphalt binder, 18-22 pts. wt. steel slag aggregate, 25-38 pts. wt. fly ash microbeads, 13-15 pts. wt. silicon powder, 13-15 pts. wt. nano silica modified acrylate, 13-18 pts. wt. octyl-phenolic tackifying resin, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. carboxymethyl cellulose, 23-47 pts. wt. core-shell acrylic elastic emulsion, 5-10 pts. wt. chemical resistant modifier, 14-18 pts. wt. graphene-modified glass fibers, 2.5-8.5 pts. wt. nano silicon particles, 7-13 pts. wt. nano calcium carbonate, 3-5 pts. wt. silicone modified phenolic epoxy vinyl ester resin, 3.7-8.3 pts. wt. poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride), and 0.4-1 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol acrylate. USE - Used as high-strength asphalt concrete material. ADVANTAGE - The concrete material has high compressive strength, high tensile strength, excellent energy consumption efficiency and elasticity modulus. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the concrete material, comprising (i) taking the above mentioned components, adding into a twin-screw extruder, conveying through a screw rod, shearing and mixing, melting the materials, complexing, extruding and cooling to obtain mixed material, where the twin-screw extruder has extrusion temperature of 160-190 degrees C, and screw speed of 200-500 revolutions/minute (rpm), and (ii) conveying the resulting mixed material to a final homogenization tank through a hoist, and homogenizing in a homogenization chamber after air is generated at the bottom of the chamber.
