NOVELTY - Controlling CVD graphene intelligent deformation comprises e.g. (i) preparing graphene by chemical vapor deposition: loading the copper sheet into a quartz tube furnace, taking hydrogen, and heating; and removing the copper, transferring the copper sheet to a tape, and then with a concentration of 5-10 mg/ml of ferric nitrate solution corrosion away copper, namely the preparation of CVD graphene; and (ii) preparing poly (N-isopropylacrylamide) by RAFT polymerization: modification of RAFT reagent: carrying out reaction of RAFT-COOH reagent with pyrene methanol; dissolving, stirring and drying. USE - The method is useful for controlling CVD graphene intelligent deformation (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Controlling CVD graphene intelligent deformation comprises (i) preparing graphene by chemical vapor deposition: (a) loading the copper sheet into a quartz tube furnace, taking hydrogen, and then heating at 900-1200 degrees C, maintaining the pressure of hydrogen 20-60 mToorr and flow rate of 1-5 SCCM; (b) introducing methane gas into the quartz tube furnace at a flow rate of 20-55 SCCM, keeping the ventilation time for 60-90 minutes, and then cooling the quartz tube furnace to room temperature; and (c) removing the copper, transferring the copper sheet to a tape, and then with a concentration of 5-10 mg/ml of ferric nitrate solution corrosion away copper, namely the preparation of CVD graphene; and (ii) preparing poly (N-isopropylacrylamide) by RAFT polymerization: (a) modification of RAFT reagent: carrying out reaction of RAFT-COOH reagent with pyrene methanol in a weight ratio of 1.3:1-1.5:1 to produce RAFT agent containing pyrene functional group; (b) taking N-isopropylacrylamide monomer, a RAFT agent containing a pyrene functional group, azobisisobutyronitrile in the weight ratio of 600:3:1-1000:5:1 carrying out reaction at 65-90 degrees C for 10-24 hours, which contains pyrene functional group poly N-isopropylacrylamide; and (c) dissolving poly (N-isopropylacrylamide) having a pyrene functional group in deionized water to prepare an aqueous solution of 5-10 mg/ml, placing the CVD graphene in an aqueous solution and stirring for 6-12 hours, drying at room temperature to obtain the film with CVD graphene and placing temperature-sensitive polymer tape in the oven, raise or lower the temperature to observe the shape changes.
