▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Transferring graphene layer, comprises (a) producing a self-assembled monomolecular layer on a first substrate, (b) producing an adhesive layer and a supporting layer on the self-assembled monomolecular layer, (c) removing the first substrate and the self-assembled monomolecular layer to expose the adhesive layer, and (d) transferring multiple graphene layer onto the adhesive layer. USE - The method is useful to transfer graphene layer to produce organic light emitting element for display device (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene layer has permeability, and reduced sheet resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) producing organic light emitting element, comprising (i) producing a first electrode layer on a substrate, (ii) forming a first charge injecting layer and a first charge transport layer on the first electrode layer, (iii) forming a light emitting layer between the first charge transport layer, (iv) forming a second charge transport layer and second charge injection layer on the light emitting layer, and (v) transferring the graphene layer onto the second charge injecting layer; and (2) producing display device, comprising (A) producing a first electrode layer on a substrate, (B) producing a first interlayer dielectric layer having a trench to expose the first electrode layer, (C) forming a first charge transport layer, a light emitting layer, a second charge transport layer, a second charge injection layer, and the first charge injection layer on the first electrode layer and the first interlayer dielectric layer, and (D) transferring the graphene layer onto the second charge injecting layer.
