▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene composite material comprises substrate (3) and alternately deposited on a substrate of surface of the graphene layer (2) and the metal nanoparticle layer (1). USE - Graphene composite material. ADVANTAGE - Graphene composite material has ultra-high strength and excellent surface lubricity and easily cover any surface of a substrate, serve as a good interface material, effectively prevent friction and loss of energy and when compared to other graphene composite material production process, spraying process is simple and convenient with wide application, and effectively control the proportion of two-component composite material while maintaining overall uniformity so has high practical value of the composite. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for producing graphene composite material, which involves: (A) selecting a flat substrate, and cleaning the substrate surface; (B) disposing graphene powder in a volatile organic solvent, ultrasonic dispersion to obtain a graphene dispersion; (C) putting nano metal particles into the activation solution, after repeated washing with water under reflux, the solution is removed in activating substances, volatile organic solvent and then added to obtain a metal nanoparticle dispersion; (D) placing clean flat substrate and heating spray equipment, respectively, and then the dispersion of graphene and metal nanoparticle dispersion is placed in two different spray ink chamber; (E) spraying surface layer of the graphene dispersion layer, since the base is heated, the volatile organic solvents evaporate quickly, then the substrate obtain a uniform graphene layer; (F) continuing on the surface layer of sprayed metal nanoparticle dispersion liquid layer is dried to obtain a layer of metal nanoparticle layer; (G) spraying twice a cycle, the spray cycle is performed once; and (H) producing materials by carrying out high temperature sintering process. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of graphene composite material. Metal nanoparticle layer (1) Graphene layer (2) Substrate (3)
