NOVELTY - Silicone rubber based flexible graphene heating film comprises silicone coated graphene, silicone rubber, heat resistant additive, catalyst and crosslinking agent, where the silicone rubber is addition type silicone rubber containing methyltrifluoropropyl. USE - The graphene heating film/heat generating device is useful in the field of heat generation (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene heating film improves the compatibility of graphene and silicone rubber matrix, maintains the flexibility of silicone rubber and deformability, and improves the mechanical properties of graphene heat-generating film and heat-generating film is used at a high temperature of more than 300 degrees C. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing the silicone rubber-based flexible graphene heat-generating film, comprising (a) coating a silicone resin with graphene, a silicone rubber, and a heat resistance additive, mixing with organic solvent to obtain a liquid silicone rubber-based graphene dispersion, and (b) adding the catalyst, uniformly mixed the crosslinking agent with the liquid silicone rubber-based graphene dispersion, separating, coating and drying, and vulcanizing the formed coating layer; and (2) heat generating device comprising the silicone rubber-based flexible graphene heat-generating film.
