NOVELTY - Preparing zinc oxide-zinc sulfide nano film involves adding zinc acetate to ethyl acetate. The pH value is adjusted to 3-4 to obtain zinc solution. The distilled water is added to the reaction solution for 2-5 hours. The dispersant, the conductive resin and the graphene are added to the reaction solution, heated and stirred. The substrate is soaked into the reaction solution and then hydro-thermal reaction is carried out for 2-3 hours. The substrate is removed, dried and then subjected to low vacuum heating reaction 3-5hours. USE - Method for preparing zinc oxide-zinc sulfide nano film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare zinc oxide-zinc sulfide nano film in a simple and cost effective manner. The product yield is high.
