NOVELTY - Coating comprises 30-50 pts. wt. acrylate resin, 1-5 pts. wt. photoinitiator, 1-5 pts. wt. monofunctional monomer, 1-5 pts. wt. multi-functional monomer, 0.5-5 pts. wt. intrinsic graphene, 15-30 pts. wt. catalyst, 1-15 pts. wt. char-forming agent, 2-10 pts. wt. foaming agent, 4-10 pts. wt. aluminum hydroxide, 5-15 pts. wt. talc powder and 0.2-2 pts. wt. additive. USE - The coating is useful in paint coating by performing UV curing (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating is UV-curable, has excellent fireproof and interaction properties, fast curing speed and thin thickness, and meets the fire protection requirements of new energy power battery packs and is worth promoting. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing the paint, comprising (a) pre-dissolving photoinitiator in monofunctional monomer and multi-functional monomer, adding acrylate resin, and uniformly stirring to obtain a resin dispersion, (b) sequentially adding intrinsic graphene, catalyst, char forming agent, foaming agent, aluminum hydroxide, talc powder and additive to resin dispersion liquid, and stirring at high speed to obtain a premix, and (c) grinding the premix until the fineness is less than 90 mu m and filtering to obtain the coating; and (2) a paint coating is obtained by performing UV curing on above-mentioned coating.
